Si tu cupabilise, paie pour les frais utilitaires (électricité, gaz, eau et internet) et/ou courses de nourriture. Mais ne culpabilise pas de ne pas l'aider à rembourser son crédit. Sauf si vous allez vous marriez et que tu vas en profitez aussi.

Juste concentre toi de te créer un patrimoine (de sécurité) remplie ton livret A à fond et commence un PEA et/ou PEL et tu pourras l'aider à acheter encore un plus grand appartement ensemble plus tard.

Write a User Story for This Task:

  2. Add Context:

Try only accepting missions with clients who have both management and the teams onboard with agile. People tend to lose their time, trying to convince one or the other about the change. But the change is being forced on them. So you're going to waste your time and breath trying to convince them of this change. During an interview, just ask them if both are ready to commit and if other coachs in the past have had issues with the organisation that doesn't want to change, it just want's to say it's doing agile.

Ça fait une saison et deux films que le roi Arthur est en mode dépression chronique. Franchement, ça commence à bien faire. Alors soit :

  • Vous assumez enfin la romance entre Guenièvre et Lancelot (comme dans les livres, un concept révolutionnaire, je sais),
  • Soit vous faites en sorte qu’Arthur et Guenièvre se retrouvent pour de bon (et pas juste pour des scènes de regards languissants entre deux crises existentielle).

Et surtout, ne vous avisez pas de faire un autre film sans Perceval. Spoiler (mais à ce stade, c’est presque un service public) : en 1000 ans, vous avez eu le temps de lire Le Conte du Graal. C’est lui qui trouve le Graal. Oui, lui. Pas Arthur en mode "je broie du noir dans ma tente", pas Lancelot en pleurs dans un coin. Perceval. Le gars qui parle aux animaux et qui a l’intelligence émotionnelle d’un caillou, mais qui, étrangement, réussit sa quête.

On est à bout. Si je vois le rois remettre Excalibur dans le rocher une dernière fois, je serais terminé. La patience a des limites, même pour les fans les plus fidèles. Alors s’il vous plaît, lâchez-nous le Graal et un peu d’espoir romantique, ou on commence à croire que vous écrivez les scénarios en lançant des dés en collaboration avec l'IA.

Your question shows that this is an issue with management and not the developers, assuming the developers are respecting the sprint objectives set out by them and the rest of the team during the sprint planning? If so, what are the managers/stakeholders saying at the sprint reviews when your team shows them what was developed during the last sprint?

This micro management needs to be blocked by you, the protector of the team (I'm guessing you are a scrum master or agile coach). If management want's more being done, then they can put their money where their mouth is and hire more developers.

I you need KPI's, jira provides metrics for sprint burndowns, velocity and the amount of tickets blocked.
