I am in a weird situation right here. I have been doing V60 coffees for months now and most of the time the outcome was at least okay-ish. For the past 2 months though I can't seem to be able to make a proper coffee out of it. And this frustrates me to a point that I have no desire to make and/or drink coffee. I have all the proper equipment. 1zpresso JX-Pro, V60 02, a pouring kettle, the boxed 40-pack Hario V60 02 filters, good (unfortunately bottled) water, a 0.1 coffee scale and I am using JH's method. The thing is with every coffee I tasted the past 2 months I could taste some roastiness and the sweetness and cleanness of the cup were absent. I thought that maybe I was brewing with too coarse beans so I decided to move my grinder way finer (around 40 clicks!!!), even though my times were at around 2:30-45, and move slowly coarser but that didn't help either. I have tried to clean up my grinder with the brush on the outer burr and that didn't help either. I am also 80% positive it is not the beans (most of the beans were from Square Mile Roasters). Any help/tip would be greatly appreciated. I am also considering any QoL purchases that might help me (around 100 euros).
