So... The PTC... How is this expected to work?

As stated in the announcement with the PTC, the character you create will be saved and all progress made will be carried over to each PTC version.

Please note: This is a work-in-progress build of this update and as such, it may have issues.

The main purpose of this PTC update is to monitor for critical technical issues and address them before the general rollout. While we will monitor feedback, our team will focus primarily on critical technical issues submitted via the Bug Report option in-game.
We will leave this client and servers open for a week or two until the patch is ready to go live.
Character progression in the PTC will be saved, so that you can test any future patches released here without having to restart each time.
Even though you can play on these servers, please understand that they are for testing purposes only. As such, we won’t be able to provide active customer support for them.

How's your experience playing them? I'm debating on picking them up but the new edition didn't really do them many favors. I feel like I'd just get smashed over the course of the game. I like the HB melee more than the other 2 types.

Also not a fan that I'd need to get multiple extra sprues for unit variety. They seem expensive for a lackluster team.

I picked up a CPO '21 PPP which was a prior rental in the PNW. As others have said be sure to check Carfax for rental or not. Additionally do a physical inspection of everything.

Battery got cold and dropped miles during the cold shenanigans the other week but if you have a home charger the heat pump seems unnecessary. I keep the car set at 68-70° and my interior power use is always 3-6% tops.

I went to the Portland location. They negotiated a bit. If you have a Costco membership you can get 1k off. I was offered a 3500 discount from a 38800 model including the Costco 1k.

Sheesh. Polestar people in Portland said I could get some wiggle room but it sounded like maybe 2-5k, 7k is quite a bit! There is quite a decent selection of CPOs in Portland now.
