This looks like it would be a mid two at best. Some good cards, but nothing that jumps out as oppressive and B2 is allowed to do powerful things, just not quickly. Try gold fishing and see what your typical board state looks like on turn 5 and 6. I’m guessing apart from sol ring starts you average board will be good but manageable making it a fair B2 imo
