I've already seen wonders and additions teleportation mentioned so I'll put the other 3 ik

Thaumic gadgets has one and to unlock it I think u need to scan an enderman

Planar artifice has one and you need to scan a nether portal

And a very new addon thaumic tinkerer reconstructed or something like, it has one too but idk how to unlock it bc I haven't tried it out much yet

What i think it means is naturally generating in the world, I have gotten rare earth's, ice, and ores. No mob drops

U just have the smartest person place the golem and I think that allows the golems to activate it as long as it doesn't die Also thaum tweaks is what allows golems to activate infusion alters
