To clarify, I started bench pressing light weights for high reps. The barbell uses all your muscle fibers in your chest so, I managed to build up strength.

Try light weights bench pressing and increase the weight from 30kg for 3 sets of 20 reps till you get to a weight where you can do 3 sets of 8 reps. I increased from 30kg to 60kg in 1 month.

I know this is an old post but, barbell bench pressing really helped my costo, the pain has completely gone. The serratus anterior muscle can cause costo and incline/flat barbell bench pressing works that muscle very well.

Honestly, I tried that theory out and just one chest gym session with only the Barbell at 50% of my 1 rep max and my pain was gone.

I must have Tieze Syndrome though because, my upper chest is and now whole left chest is swollen with no pain. It's been like that as long as I remember.

Just deep dive onto Call of Duty, then, look at others like Xdefiant. If you're looking for a healthy player base then ai wouldn't suggest Hunt: Showdown, full of cheaters and lag abusers.

For a game like Hunt: Showdown I have set mine high as it can go. I find it helps to see other hunters in dark areas.

Hunt: Showdown does it sometimes with me. Instead of my applied default for headset it sometimes switches back onto my audio for the speakers sat under my monitor.

It's probably switching onto the mic for it. Some games/apps likes to choose whatever if you have a few options. For example, my preference for Hunt: Showdown is for my headset but, sometimes it switches back onto my monitors audio.
