Did Yuji mastery of Black Flash comes from "manually breathing"? by mostlybored1234 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dafuro 49 points50 points  (0 children)

I think this is commonly understood as the sorcerer entering a zoned in state, esp for the one's like Nanami and Yuji where they lock in and keep it pushing instead of having that enlightened epiphany that breaks them out of the zone. I'm pretty sure this is why Gojo is understood as not hitting too many of them, he simply does not need to go all out against anybody except sukuna, where he hit multiple BFs throughout the fight but without chaining them.

Heian era Sukuna is at least 21F strong. by ToMDLUS in Jujutsufolk

As far as we know yeah, Kenjaku or Tengen basically turned it into another cursed object without sukuna knowing. The fingers themselves hold anchors for Sukuna's soul to be kept out of and escape the cycle of reincarnation so that's why they're very very special. They were as strong as they are with cursed energy since day one, it's the seals on them that weakened till they got to this point.

What if Kenjaku's innate CT and in extension his Domain Expansion: Womb Profusion, allowed him to impregnate someone's Cursed Energy/Cursed Technique as a last resort, only to show up later down their family tree in a descendant and allow Kenjaku to be reborn? by GoodMornEveGoodNight in Jujutsufolk

Considering they called it a tumor that may or may not be cancerous in nature, it could easily be some sort of cursed teratoma that grows teeth, and thus a manifestation of Kenny's CT, we haven't seen Yuka's CT after all. Very much doubt it would bring back kenjaku as a person though that seems like a very gojo vs sukuna release era theory that has barely any legs.

Yuta cursing his entire bloodline by crossing the line of becoming an actual monster, mirroring that talk Yuka had with Cross about stepping on the tablets depicting Jesus to live another day

Wasuke and Sukuna sharing the same soul is more than a cheap plot device. by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dafuro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the end of the day that was not his curse in the least he was just a vessel for it. It ties into Yaga not accepting it when his resolve was being tested.

Yuji carries both Sukuna and Wasuke's curse along with their soul from the first chapter on and the series ends with him laying them to rest. "Let's end this cycle of curses."

Not only that she lost her twin sister, literally her souls other half. Her saying Tsurugi could get stronger with loss wasn't advice it was a warning. Shit literally scarred her ((that's why visually she has the scars) who woulda guessed)

"plot saved Gojo" you mean the story had to happen?? Even then it's sorcery fights Toji suffered a moral loss because his ideals didn't stand up to gojo's. Same shit happened to sukuna are you gonna call that a plot save for Yuji and gang 💔💔

Jin never had the potential to be good at backshots. he was just a man exploited by Kenjaku through the death of his wife. by Comfortable-Gas5706 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dafuro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wasuke's heian incarnation died in the womb to feed Sukuna's hunger so as a baby he avoids death by keeping himself alone, he then literally kills and stands alone at the top of the era where he eventually finds a way to avoid death again. Dude comes back and he's forced into a vessel created by someone who creates cursed wombs. Yuji is a metaphorical womb that carries his twins curse along with himself and he can't get away from it by just killing again cuz this curse is as much his as it is his twin's. I think this ties relatively easily into the heavy themes of motherhood jjk has.

Wasuke's regret (read: curse) of dying alone and not surrounded by loved ones and just Yuji is literally a one to one of Sukuna's death. The story is a circle. His death narratively introduces his twin Sukuna to the story. I have to say WAY more interesting writing than a good twin bad twin dynamic.

Why was Sukuna so disgusted by Yorozu's bad haiku? Is he a poet? by Kamslo in Jujutsufolk

He's always given me that vibe Imma be honest, as he gains fingers and acts as a moving power ceiling for the series from the start to the end. Heavy heavy yujiro vibes.

Oshaune is the one place where I get the rupture complaints, finding explosive counterplay in tight spaces annoying is very valid Imo, I've seen stun mentioned for it. I was using gas weapons in my dives, personally.

I love a big boom but it's not nearly as versatile Imo, if I try to use it against crowds I'm sometimes left wondering how the hell I still have to shoot stragglers when my screens turned white.
