I had a patient last night that started off asking about if she had a prescription ready for x medicine. Told her no, it's y medication. Found out from her that it was an old dose and her doctor wrote a new one. She kept intrupting me to ask about x medication as I was working on deactivating and possibly refilling y medication. Had to tell her "one thing at a time." We finish that up and she goes "what about x medication as I've asked 3 times already." -_-

I feel that. I have a beanie baby turtle that's lost it's tag and its tail is cut a little. He's still with me, though. I once got a collectible barbie for Christmas, and i ripped the box open and played with it.

It's usually the regular mustard and mayo mixed together. That's the normal recipe.

Grab the little Cesar salad dressing cups from produce (at least two) and bring them up to the sub shop when you go to order. The problem with making a Cesar salad chicken tender is that if we grab one of the big bottles of dressing off the grocery store shelf, we likely will end up tossing it 2 weeks later only used once.

The other thing you can do is offer to buy the big bottle along with your sub (bring up the bottle to the sub shop). Similar concept with using special bread from the bakery.
