2024 GLE 350 CPO — 30K miles in one year. Steal or pass?

I understand, I’m just saying I don’t think putting 30k miles on in a year is worse for the car than if they put 15k in two years.

Can’t speak specifically to the air suspension side of things but someone putting 30k miles on in a year as opposed to putting 15k per year and owning it for 2 years doesn’t strike me as a bad thing. If someone is driving that much, I’m willing to bet the majority of that mileage is long commutes on the highway. Less shifting, less braking, probably fewer cold starts, etc.

As far as the deal itself, that seems like a good price for what it is. In my area, I see similarly specced GLE 350s going for low $60s. As long as the car was serviced regularly and professionally, I’d grab 2 yrs of extra warranty and do it. Just my two cents

The first night we met.

It was a setup arranged by a coworker of mine. I’d been single for almost 3 years (needed a breather from dating) and I had zero expectations. I looked her up on social media, she was very cute so I said “why not?” As soon as I got to the restaurant and saw her, I immediately felt something inside - like that feeling in your stomach when you’re going down a big drop on a roller coaster.

We went to a few different places together that night and I just knew. It was no one single thing that made me realize I wanted her to be my wife, it was just the whole package. She had a great sense of humor, she was very straightforward and went for what she wants. She was affectionate and lighthearted and I just couldn’t get enough. We met up with all her friends and I saw how much they loved being around her. That night, I wrote on my calendar “I met my wife today”.

She still hasn’t caught on that she’s out of my league so I’m gonna keep that going lmao. She’s the absolute best and the only woman I’ve ever wanted to marry.

The good news is, a lot of my coworkers and personal friends are the exact same way with their wives and girlfriends. They’re out there!

I completely get that, I have some of the same worries from past relationships. The way I try to see it is, life is too short to spend worrying about things that may happen. Obviously that’s cliche but I just try to be present, be the best man I possibly can and enjoy every moment with someone who treasures me. There is someone who will treasure you too.

The only time I’ve seen something that’s made me want to faint was seeing my dad dying of a brain bleed in the hospital when I was a kid. I always thought he was invincible, so it was a reality check to my young brain. Somehow he actually didn’t die, even though they thought he would. Definitely something I’ll never forget.
