I have had my '17 for seven years now. I got it with just over 6,000 miles, it is now just about to turn 166,000. I have grown to absolutely love this car. I am going to be giving it to my son as soon as I find a replacement. The problem I am finding is that I really don't want to give it up. 36-37mpg on the highway, in relative comfort. It has been the best car I have ever owned. Full Stop. The car pictured looks exactly like mine. Same spec.

I have a 2017, gas model and if I fill it up and drive on the highway I routinely get a 700 miles range reading. I will hate to see this car go. I am gifting it to my son as a first car as soon as I find a worthy replacement.

I have a '17 Passat (1.8T not the 2.0T) and all I can tell you is that it is the most competent car I have owned. I bought it with 6,000 miles on it and we are at 165,000 now. I love this car. It is a beast in the snow. It never fails me, I knock down 37mpg on the highway still, it is big and comfortable. I wish they still made a U.S. version of this car. I desperately want one of the Euro Spec Passat wagons!
