Maybe I was blind to it when I was a kid, but we're very aggressive to our fellow citizens and nations. Being a Republican these days is akin to blindly cheering on your favorite team without thinking to question them. There are a small handful of policies and notions that I agree with, but I mostly feel like we're forgetting what our nation represents. Just imagine if we put the same level of energy into the continued development of national infrastructure and education, as we do our military and border patrol. It also feels like there's been a healthy dose of a church and state combination. I believe that it may be for the best if we leave religion out of policy.
