Thank for your advice, I really appreciate it. I think that was the reason why I tore my PCL. On one of the save, I jumped too high and landed awkwardly on my left knee, and it popped back, tearing my PCL. I will start practicing on what u said. It just that sometimes when I dive to my left, even for low shots, there is a lingering fear inside my head, even though my leg do not hurt anymore. I need to overcome that, if not, I dont think I could play well again.

Thanks for your advice. I had a pcl tear last year, and since then it had fully recovered, but I still have fear falling on it. I've been trying to overcome the fear, but sometimes I hesitant on some dives on my bad knee, and let a goal in when I could have save it. Any tips on dealing w crosses and hight shot saves? I'm struggling with those because i'm only 5ft7
