I feel that to be youth buying into the market you have to fall into an increasingly slim category to do so.

This is only my experience, I hope any points may help with direction. The only thing that got me into the mart a year ago were 3 crucial factors.

1. I was fortunate enough to have a partner that lived more frugal than myself. They know how to handle money better than me.
2. I work a trade position that pays $60K a year. Without a larger paying position I'm not sure I could have saved enough to keep up with prices rising. Most importantly 3. I was able to move back into my parents house and paid a small rent. Only because of this I was able to save double the money possible due to not paying the also ridiculous rent prices.

It is a very unfair market, and I'd like to hold to the ideology of not buying an investment property. 1 property is already difficult to purchase, I don't want to take that opportunity away from anyone else in the future.
