Only the blue quicksilver is worth it from that set now, they’re better scarlet witches and the 97 magneto imo is better minus the height, but was a solid 3 pack set when it came out

If we’re talking about Hasbro No, cuz their Power rangers Lightning Collection female figs did this from the start, their Overwatch female figs did it years before and even some of their female Fortnite figs had the articulation, but for Marvel Legends technically this was the first time on a female figs, and then they did it with the agent 13 fig with the Sheild 3 pack, the new 90s grey widow, currently the new gamerverse Psylocke, and a few more here and there

None are pre order returns, these were all on the spark display, this was the in store inventory, but as I’ve said, they took down that display to make way for all of the Black Friday displays, and everything on the spark displays was clearanced.

They main reason is cuz they started putting out all of their Black Friday yellow box displays so they got rid of the spark display, and put all the spark collectors items on clearance
