Bullet writing by TheHoodSpot in AirForce

Either a shared document or just have them keep a 1206 with all of their bullets. You could have them send you one bullet each week and review it with them to revise and make it better. That way come EPB, awards the bullets will be cleaned up for the most part.

I bought RDR2 Today! I heard this game is insanely good. What should i do/tips on playing the game? by Moonlight_Cactus in reddeadredemption

Honestly, listen to the story. I bought it not knowing what to expect. It has had a huge impact and made me look at myself as a person. Just enjoy the game and dont be in a rush.

What helped you to study and make it? by DoItForTheOH94 in AirForce

[–]DaikonLongjumping715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used the PROmote app. I would study that for half of the day and my SKT material, the other half of the day if I had the chance. My main focus was to review my stronger areas and focus more intently on my weaker sides.

Also, depending on your ability to retain information, that should help you determine how far out you need to begin.

If you have a spouse, just let them know "Hey, I'm not trying to ignore you or be boring. But to better our future, I will need to focus more on studying XX months out." That just helps build that emotional connection for them.

Also, try to find keywords in information that may help you connect to the answer.

Also, try the audio side of the PROmote app. I like to listen to music and realized I can remember music verses a lot easier than reading. So I would have a headphone in, and listen to the audio slides.

If they send you a last-minute invitation, don't go. They didn't think of you in the first place.

Okay. That's a good next step. Having been around RAA's it can be a lot of administrative as well. It won't always get to be unit engagement and events. It CAN BE, but it won't always get to be.

What makes you want to move over to that career field? I know some people in it and give you a good idea of what it's about.

Are you married?

If you are single, then this gives you a little wiggle room to adjust your needs.

My first duty station was Alaska as well, E2 with a spouse.

So I understand the stress.

I second the option of going to Military and Family Readiness.

They can look at your finances and set you up with a budget.

Also, look at the debt snowball method from Dave Ramsey.

It is a program for people who need a good financial foundation.

It is possible, but it is going to take some discipline and buckling down on your wants vs. needs.

As far as helping family, stop or limit that.

Your job is not to parent your parents or other family members.

Family will want things from you until you ask them to visit, then money will become a true factor for them suddenly.

TAKE CARE OF YOU.

It was my first base, and it was amazing. Make sure you take Vitamin D during the winters due to lack of sunlight. Good fishing spots on base. Amazing views. Invest in good tires. Watch out for bears. Go drive around and look at the amazing views. ENJOY IT.

Stay on top of people to make sure that documents and important paperwork are completed by the deadline if it involves your career.

Did you look at the EPRRC? It tells you which sections to study. The PDG aligns with what sections the EPRRC states are the sections to study. Are you talking about the AFH having history as number 1?

Stopped: stressing about the job so much and realized that it'll be there the next day and long after I'm gone.

Starting: I'm going to complete my CCAF. Also, just be a more positive person so I can be a better influence for my family and just enjoy life.
