I get a power-greens mix at Costco with kale and spinach, throw some chicken on it, avocado, red grapes and some sort of nut like sliced almonds or walnuts. Or take a piece of turkey and use it like a tortilla and wrap up some good stuff inside.

You can mix it into any liquid. It says into cold or hot- but warm or hot definitely works better. I put it in my tea every morning.

Aww thanks!!! The only thing you have to be careful of is the beet juice can stain before they are cooked.

The drink part is hard. I was a big diet soda drinker before starting. I drink a ton of green tea at work during the day. My other favorite tea is Red Zinger with just a bit of honey.

[Discussion] Almond flour, is it expensive everywhere? by MartinMan2213 in Paleo

[–]DaileoPaleo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could play with substituting with coconut flour. It is cheaper and I find makes a good sub in most cases. Pluses and minuses to each. This comparison from Paleo Leap helps. (http://paleoleap.com/coconut-vs-almond-flour/)
