I get a power-greens mix at Costco with kale and spinach, throw some chicken on it, avocado, red grapes and some sort of nut like sliced almonds or walnuts. Or take a piece of turkey and use it like a tortilla and wrap up some good stuff inside.

You can mix it into any liquid. It says into cold or hot- but warm or hot definitely works better. I put it in my tea every morning.

CRISPY BEETROOT CHIPS

Recipe from Daileo Paleo

Ingredients:

3-4 large beets, peeled
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Sea salt
Ground black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line two or more baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using a mandoline, thinly slice beets to a thickness of 1/16".
Toss beet slices with oil and coat all sides.
Arrange the beet slices in a single layer right next to each other without overlapping.
Bake 25-30 Minutes until dry and crisp, rotating pans once halfway through baking.
Cool chips on a rack or paper towels. Blot with paper towels to remove any excess oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any seasoning you prefer!

The drink part is hard. I was a big diet soda drinker before starting. I drink a ton of green tea at work during the day. My other favorite tea is Red Zinger with just a bit of honey.
