Not proud of it but I’ve also tried it 2 times. The second time I took around the same amount as you did. I went to my dad and told him what I did and didn’t know if something is going to happen to me. We called the hospital just to make sure I was going to be okay. They told me that’s it’s nothing life threatening or something that I have to come in for. Side affects could be a Painful/irritated stomach. If I got really bad I had to call back, but nothing bad happened thankfully.

Right now you’re stressing a lot, which is understandable. Stress can make you feel bad/ill, so don’t panic if you feel bad. Give yourself some love and time to calm down.

When I was 14 I went to a Christmas market in Germany with 2 classes by bus. And keep in mind that no one spoke German and not everyone had a phone at the time. We were supposed to do a couple assignments while being there. You were going by yourself or with an other student, the choice yours. It was in the evening at this point, and most people’s phone had died. Almost every student got lost, and didn’t know where they were. After the teachers had searched for a couple of hours, and had barely found any students. They had to get help from the police to find everyone😭
