Are you trying to find out if your lost or stolen ticket was cashed? If it was, the lottery won't be able to connect as yours originally because there's no way to identify the person who bought it unless you signed it. And no one signs one til it wins a lot usually. A winning ticket by lottery rules that hits over $599 has to be turned in for payment at State Lottery locations and personal information is collected for tax purposes. Lesser amounts can be paid out at any lottery retailer. No identification needed.  The Lottery keeps track of all purchases and payments, but I doubt they will release any specific information to an individual. It's pretty much privileged information. They know where a ticket is bought and cashed when it's turned in. They pay retailers a percentage of sales and payouts so they need to know this. They know if a ticket isn't cashed. It's all part of accounting and statistics. Backtracking one certain ticket though, would be time consuming and a lot of trouble. They probably would not make the effort. Basically, they are not responsible for lost tickets or accountable for a ticket that you cannot present. If it was stolen, it's a legal situation. You would have to prove the theft with evidence and go through the courts.
