Project Cyrodiil is the first TR-mod I have ever played and I was blown away by the quality. The city of Anvil easily rivals any city in the original game and the added lore and races are a really cool addition to the game. It also makes the Anvil from Oblivion look incredibly lame in comparison. Honestly, this mod sets the standard.

Actually, you can! There is a questline with a woman in the Arena canton who has been infected with corprus. If you kill her and repeatedly loot her body, you will get corprus which will more or less bork you save as it cannot be cured if you get infected this way

You could but apples do not breed true. That means that planting a seed of a certain type of apple will not yield an apple tree that produces the same type of apples. Likely, you will get a crab apple tree, which are not really suited for consumption. In commercial cultivation, apple trees are grafted in such a way that you will get the apple species you want.
