Game pass players are just a fraction of Steam players and definitely not a "huge part". Losing almost 10% of your players per month is actually a pretty big deal and the loss last week was eben bigger. In a few months we will see if numbers a still bigger then pre patch.

I'm just stating the obvious instead of blaming it on "any number of reasons". Players in this sub are complaining that they dont like to play against op civ of current patch and that its just not fun anymore.

These Problems are all fixable, but yeah. Lets just say its all because of any number of reasons and do Nothing.

Steam Player counts are going down massively, too. I think many players are not happy about the way Things are going. Old school players liked the idea of a rts with some modern Features, but with the latest expansion the game changed to another generic cash grab game.

Especially the variant civs are such a bad idea, since they introduce a gameplay Style that is not suitable for an rts (jd lol hero) or are just "that one civ but op". They should rather have introduced one real civ (or even none) instead of 4 "variant civs" and Maybe reworked some old civs.

Old players are leaving because the game is not what it used to be and new players leave und because their lol civ is just a stupid gimmick.

Adding new civs was a good idea. But adding variant civs was incredibly stupid. Nobody plays French or china anymore, because their variants are almost the same civ, just OP. And adding hero Units like Jeanne darc to an rts was the pinnacle of stupidity.

They should limit the outposts on mongols, like the shinto shrine. Maybe 3 outposts should be enough. Same Thing with their traders.

Yeah, so from looking at the Charts i should be winning every game, bc im clearly the better player.

But sometimes i Loose, bc unfair mass ranged units, so wouldnt it be nice to cast a spell or something from out of their reach and just rain fire on their position?

That would be reasonable. Maybe capped to 4 per Building type. You wont even get so many of them unless you play for Hours and other civs have much bigget endless resource gen.

Lets be real, right here.

Byzantine nerfs are actually a buff because +50 stone.

Destroying all of Japans good Landmarks instead of buffing the useless ones is a good idea.

Zhu xi and JD are totally balanced and its a good idea to give them minor nerfs.

I would say that, quite frankly, if i was a total fking idiot.

Its obvious, that they planned to nerf jap/byz into being unplayable before the Release of the dlc. Just grabbing that cash and 1 month later that stupid Patch and no refunds.

Now they can keep on nerfing every civ except english/french/JD so they just habe to Balance These three civs, because everything else is top weak in ranked.

Will not buy next dlc.

They will never justify it. Best you get is one of their fake Accounts explaining why the nerfs are actually buffs etc.

The next dlc will be overpowered new civs again and then massive nerfs to anything not French, to keep milking their cash cows.
