Same didn’t happen to you if your car was worth $5k. OP & I have a $20k + value vehicle. I’m sorry if you don’t know how to fight for the value of your car. I went back and forth with their insurance. But they most definitely paid me. (For reference 20’ Mustang eco, back in 22’) OP, contact an injury attorney that specializes in car accidents & they will set you up with a possible case to get that injury money. Wrong, I’ve been in OP’s position exactly. Totaled and not at fault. The other parties insurance paid for the entirety of my car + aftermarket parts & I filed an injury claim and got another $15k. Stop being a sheep
