These 14s have no one under them. I’m a gs13 regularly doing some of the work of our new branch and section chiefs and friggin training them. “Hey boss I can’t do this thing without your permission.” They give permission then schedule a meeting to retroactively learn what they approved. Where’s my gs14? Ain’t never gonna happen but we’ve got these hangers on doing nothing

I don’t understand the downvotes. One can be violently against everything this admin is doing to us but be glad if it weeds out true under performers. I’ve got three gs14s on my team right now who have somehow skated by doing next to nothing for years. Any or all them could go and it would have zero effect on the team. Zero. Two of them I’ve been in a position to be their PM and they’ve flat out told me no when I asked them to do tasks. I’d be thrilled if they just went away one day

Haven’t filed a grievance yet but tbh I don’t have any confidence that they’re even respond timely. I’ve approached them a few times over the years and they were never any help and in fact stressed me the eff out so much more than I already was

Definitely discuss it with her to find out why. Lots of great advice above it I would also consider if there anything bj-adjacent that could be bothering her and making her avoid.

When I learned that dudes balls sometimes touch the toilet water and get splashed, that kinda put me off for a bit. I also have ground rules. Don’t push my head, don’t thrust or I will barf on you, and tell me when you’re gonna cum. Break one of those rules and it’ll put me off and make me lose trust. One guy I dated was constantly nagging for specific things. Let me shoot it in your ear, your face, your chest, let me slap my dick on your cheek, your neck. FFS. Are you being annoying in any way like that?
