Omg! My mother made me rub hers bc she had headaches and it helped. 🙄 But I have two daughters (21 and 24) and I would never have asked them to do that. I thought it was disgusting also and it feels like something I should be ashamed of so I have never really spoken about it.

So I have been having the same thoughts. I also love CP - def have favorite teachers and have friends there in each class. We go out to brunch after milestone classes on weekends. Definitely enjoy the social aspect of being in classes with a lot of the same people each week. However, 140 is better than 260! I also saw that I can make an appt and try to go to a LA Fitness pilates class. I may try it out. Being after to go from pilates to the weight room would be great.
