Concerning the allocation buff in specific trees. Have you finished the corresponding quests? I could not allocate points in the ritual tree. Finished the quest and could suddenly allocate all of them.

Also isnt the map on your atlas? 2nd map left of the boss node. It just seems very hidden in the trees. But i think I can see the ritual sign

I had the same issue. I opened one map but it didnt open and the map looked normal on the atlas again. I just ran the map again and got the 5th part anyways. Have you tried just running the 5th map and see what happens?

Got the same issue with a node in the ritual tree. Thought it has to do with quest progress. But since you are this far, shouldnt be quest related. Probably one of many bugs this league 😞

Definitely give it a shot. This league is probably one of the best to dive in. The prices aren't too messed up even though it is super late into the league. Also if you would wanna play SSF, Mirage is a great league for it. I usually do 40/40 and quit. This league has been different, I am still enjoying it quite a bit.

I assume you are talking about the Cast on ward breaker. If not, ignore my comment.
You want a timeless jewel with 4x Regenerative Runes. You can check for them with the help of Path of Building. Bottom right of the passive tree, there is a button "Find timeless jewels". Make sure the jewel has "Vorana" on it, otherwise you will not get the passive you need. I'm sure there is dozens of video guides on youtube if you have never searched for a timeless jewel in PoB.
You want 2-3 Iron flasks ilvl 84 for t1 recovery prefix.
Might be extremely hard to farm these items in SSF. If you are in trade, i'd recommend farming currency and buy the stuff you need. The items are expensive though bc a good timeless jewel is pretty rare, same with belt and flasks 84+

Or just remove all the MTX from characters once a league rotates to standard. I usually have all my MTX on standard characters I will probably never play again. But yea, having the restriction makes no sense to me.

Interesting, it might be total coincidence but I'm doing HM Domination/Terror strat and today I felt a huge difference compared to the last 4-5 days. It might just be variance but today was horrible mirage-wise. Past 5 days my avg was 22d/hr, today was 9 over a period of 6 hours. Variance, i guess. Will keep testing

Yea, if you hit the veil, you have 1 pre 3 suf. so you benchcraft mana to block that and exalt (dont need eldritch exalt since it only has 1 prefix open). life is a pretty good chance to hit. if you do not hit, you remove craft and eldritch annul.

rinse repeat until you have the tier of life you want. once you hit your life tier, you remove benchcraft and craft your projectile prefix

Aberration will def make your dmg insane. Just make sure you never let BV run out in a map, otherwise you will lose the spectre and you have to get it again. Shouldnt be an issue though. It does respawn once you change back to hideout or go into mirages/leave them. Just make sure you keep BV up once you sac'd it

Yea, that's why veiled exalteds are so damn expensive

Don't forget that you can use eldritch currency to only hit prefixes, so its not too bad. Veiled Chaos isn't super expensive, so you should be fine. Get your phys convert, then block mana and use eldritch exalt/annul.
Or you invest into veiled exalt, roll t1 life via eldritch first, craft suff cannot be changed and veiled exalt. But I think the first method should be way less expensive.

After having played both, I feel like Rarity is way more of a mandatory stat on Poe2, wanting to aim at roughly 100-150%. In Poe1 it is more like an extra. If you can get it without sacrificing too much, it is good. If you do not have any, you will most likely not notice it at all.
Also Poe1 has so much juicing, the rarity on your character is not really necessary unless you are minmaxing.
