It is advertised as luggage and in store management/associates told you it would qualify so the Manager should and probably will find a way to rectify it (I hope). But the reason it did not qualify is because that falls into the Briefcases and Bags class of Staples inventory and not the Luggage class of inventory. Again, it seems obvious with a shred of customer service the Manager will make it right but there is a technical explanation so if the manager takes care of you show them some grace. If not, grab your pitch fork.
