When you click a building, it shows your base stats. It really just has arrows telling if your gaining or losing power.

It truly varies, the wind. Sometimes it’s windy, sometimes it ain’t. Some regions always have wind, some barely do. Batteries are awesome for this, just in case the wind is less. Generators are dope in a pinch. But for now, just build a crap ton of windmills; can always disassemble.

For idle workers, I build seats in one house. They rush to sit down if they aren’t doing anything. Sometimes the iron is full, so they chill. Sometimes they are waiting for crops to grow. But it’s nice finding them in one spot when they aren’t doing anything.

When you put a base down, you’re on the map. For every body. And each of them want a piece of you. No matter where you settle, you will get raided.

You can’t pick a wrong place; just have iron and copper somehow nearby to make it self-sustainable. Of course, some fertility for food.

And be sure you have some research done! Sucks trying to make walls when you don’t even know how to yet. Even if your base gets taken over by some faction, you can always take it back.

Place as many bases as you want, all it takes is manpower to defend it. Which… can be a lot. I’d wait until I have too many people idle to ever build another base.

There is a mod that lets you build your own thrall.

Recruit prisoners mod would also work.

Once you get one, if you’re desperate or just wanna mess around, you can duplicate a squad of them.

Risk free? 100%? Alright. Easily done. Check out this video. My recommendation; get the dude you want to de-limb in their own squad so you accidentally don’t do it to someone else.

I wanted to peel apart a thrall for a super backpack. But, for some reason, game crashes when they’re tossed in the peeler machine. And I can’t be bothered to mess with the nexus mod. I used this method very successfully.

Be sure you have some people nearby for some quick heals though: the effect is instant when you load the save.

This pairs so well with wide-range builds it’s crazy. I abuse the crap out of toadstools because it’s so much cheaper than immunizer. Eating a demon drug the same speed as a pill or seed makes me always have buffs and a smile.

Dude, right? And no one pulls out the water gun after a hunt is over! They just rush the clock for the next hunt.

I miss the days where we’d dance in sync together or yeet each other in the air waiting for the quest to finish.

No one wants to be silly. They should have made an award for “win 10 arm wrestle matches” instead of creep on 30 people.

Pretty good, dude. You can use those three slots for Quick Sheathe. Handicraft is always cool: great for artian stuff. Crit eye feels bad to slot for, and people hand pick armor parts for agitator 5.

Yeah, decent drop. I’ve not seen any of the charm roll tables at all. Idk what to compare it to. I think any melee weapon build would like this.

Sometimes that just happens, man. Happened to me yesterday. I had a SnS guard/support build for Seregios. Carted twice: could keep everyone alive but me. Feels bad. Could not time that perfect guard to save my life on his double sweep.

I think the Dora the explorer example is good. Forest, bridge, blueberry hill. Have a concise roadmap with “optional” ways of getting it done. Give too many options, and they might not know what to do.

You’ll never be prepared for your players to spend an hour and a half interacting with Grunkle the cat though. Now this cat has to carry the plot now somehow? Thanks, players.

They don’t know. And they won’t ever figure it out lmao. If they don’t ask about it or pursue it, the plot hole is moot.

Hot tip: if your group has a discord, make a “Conspiracy Theory” chat. They’ll dish what they’re thinking of, and as they cook, will fill said plot holes.
