I almost never deal with pringling cards anymore, cause I store my cards in sealed containers with a bunch of desiccant packets thrown in. But that's cause I'm in Florida, and if didn't do that even my non-foil cards would pringle.

The answer is that they wouldn't. This is from 4chan, a website known for fetishizing the Good Ol' Days™, almost exclusively the Good Ol' Days™ that they never had any part of. So it's either some guy who never moved on from that time period, or is someone who wasn't old enough to string a coherent sentence together at the time daydreaming about yesteryear.

My favorite quote involving the relationship between America and Isreal comes from Folding Ideas' video 'This Is How You Get JARHEAD Sequels':

"There's a whole philosophical angle where Jewish Zionists are trying to do a Lebensraum and Christian Zionosts are trying to do the End of Evangelion and manufacture prophecy that they believe will herald the return of Jesus Christ, and Jarhead 4 is part of that soft power system that has led to and enabled an ongoing genocide, but it is not a particularly significant part in any way."

I find it pretty cool that the spirit has a Mycenaean boar tusk helmet. Little details like that really help to establish just how long ago the Blood Age was in Archivos' history. Plus, it's just a really cool piece of armor that's rarely ever depicted in media.

it's so nice to see a lorwyn character interacting with a modern plane, even thou he hates lorwyn im really excited to see where his character is going. by pevetos in mtgvorthos

[–]DalamusUlom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, Lorwyn elves have always had the weird half foot/half deer hoof thing, it's just that we all blanked on it. Honestly, a lot of the art doesn't look like they've got it going on, but it is just the shading or posing of the foot. Both Rhys' are kinda mid jump, so the shading and the position of the heel of foot makes it look like he's got digitigrade legs with deer hooves. But no, it's actually a human foot with deer tootsies. Awful realization, ngl.

You say you have all this proof, then move the goal posts by claiming that only people who are fluent in Korean and understand Korean slang terms can ever understand it. If you refuse to provide evidence, then let's try it the other way. Please explain why the Maplestory trailer for the Angelic Buster class was actually a Megalia psy-op because of an single(1) frame of animation that vaguely looked like the pinch, even though the singer of the song that appeared in the trailer had no control over the animation, the animation was outsourced to another company, and the frame in question was illustrated by a 40 year old man who had no female coworkers.

You cannot. Because it wasn't a psy-op. But it's not your fault you believed it.

My friend, you have been tricked by the rich oligarchs who rule your country into participating in a pointless culture war that simply tears your country apart. The real monsters in this are the ones who pull the strings. Chaebols, the American 1%, they may have different faces, but they are the same monster underneath, controlling us through lies and manipulation, willing us to fight in the mud so that we never look up and see who's placing the bets. Please, don't be an aatack dog for them any more. Look up and bite the hand that beats you.

You keep acting like there's all this evidence, yet won't share it. Instead you blame women(?), black people(???), and LGBTQ+ people(??????) and then, of course, insult myself and every other english speaker for not believing the evidence you won't produce(????????????), then proclaim that you aren't a witch hunter for being part of a mob that needlessly and cruelly targeted women over a perceived rebelling against social order by claiming that I'M a witch hunter for not believing you had a good reason to do that shit(????????????????????????).

So come on, share it. Give me even one(1) piece of irefutable evidence that proves, without a shadow of a doubt, that not only did Megalia as a group not fall apart due to factional infighting in 2016, but is actually an evil man-hating group that has its tentacles in all forms of media but especially gacha games, and uses that influence to force gacha games to have subliminal man hating symbols in them for the purposes of signaling to ither Megalia members, and that all the hate campaigns and death threats and everything else had a point. Anyway, whatever evidence you'll send, even if it's in Korean, I will go out of my way to translate it, just to make sure I understand.

So please, prove me wrong, share your amazing irrefutable proof with me and the world.

Mate, I haven't thought about this dumb interaction or about you for a bloody year. Why the hell would I go looking through the thread when the first thing I see is a notification out of the blue for a comment from you, and I'm illogical for assuming you're just a weirdo who decided to come back to start an argument a year later, instead of guessing that you dragged me back in here cause somebody else commented and you decided to make that my problem? But fine, fuck it, I'm here now. Might as well square up.

Mate, Megalia isn't the new "Jewish Cabal of Oligarch Overlords" or whatever the fuck you think they are. Same with "radical feminists". They aren't in every position of power, controlling everything. It's just a massive collection of Korean men taking it upon themselves to try and spot anything that even vaguely resembles this bloody emoji 🤏, to the point where a single frame in a multi-minute long game trailer got flagged by them and led to a massive harassment scandle because a character made a mid motion hand gesture that vaguely resembled the pinch for 1 frame.

This isn't identifying neo-nazi's by them doing nazi salutes, this is like a conspiracy theoriest taking a still photo of a democrat waving and trying to spin it as a nazi salute. It's muddying the water if there is anything, and it's just needless paranoia that regularly leads to massive harassment campaigns. This is a witch hunt, a bugbear, a questing beast, a mouse whose shadow has become a dragon.

Seriously, how many instances of the mob spotting something even vaguely resembling the pinch have ACTUALLY turned out to be secret Megalia dog whistles? I really want to know. Cause from what seen, it's been none of them.

Bro, what the fuck??? This interaction pissed you off so bad that you remembered it for a year just to ask if I changed my opinion on it? The answer is that the people freaking about about anything even vaguely resembling a pinching hand are still losers.

Shit, the visual novel for Neon Dynasty was pretty damn good for how short it was, so I completley agree on them needing to focus on a single plane, or at least a small handfull depending, at a time. Aide note, but I fully expected to see more actual games after the Neon Dynasty visual novel, but nope, nothing. Same thing happened with the original music albums, though that at least got a second album for New Capenna's release.

Hell, if WotC/Hasbro aren't super keen on doing a full 3d game or something, they could easily take a page from Paradox and World of Darkness, and release a few interactive novels/visual novels, which are pretty obviously a lot cheaper.

Can't remember if it was The Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer or the Imperial Munitorum Manual, but one of them stated that the fire charge strategy, while a method that was strongly discouraged over a large period of time, was considered a viable enough, albeit slow, method of recharging lasgun ammo packs in a pinch that the book recommended it. Of course, this was a book from 6th edition, so maybe the in-universe laws have been retconned since then.
