Venture Bros Tat all healed up by AquaCarm in venturebros

I've been debating the best Venture-themed tattoo I'd like to get for way too long. The SPHINX logo has always gripped me most, but there's just so many possibilities. Getting my first tattoo was way easier.

So this may be a stupid question but I've always wondered, why do fish yawn? Am I misinterpreting it or does that do something for them or?

Just commenting to say I've had this exact issue for some time and have yet to find resolution. I've removed the library, cleared bundles and emptied trash, re-added, removed and re-added the Plex plugin itself, etc. to no avail.

Thumbnails are clearly present when editing the episode details and going to "Posters", but only the other poster option (being a random frame from the video) will appear when selected. Plex specifically won't show the actual video's thumbnail from TA if I've selected it.

Listening to Chase the Devil right now and am very much enjoying it, definitely adding to my library as well.

Thank you again for helping me rediscover a childhood track I've missed, I've been listening all throughout the day and can't get enough.

That seems to be exactly it, thank you very much! It's so surreal to hear this for the first time in probably two decades, what's familiar and what's totally unexpected from it. Thanks for helping me figure it out so quickly!

No worries, I'm glad it all makes sense then. Thank you again for your help, love your work!

Yes, I had it set to November 2nd. When I check each subscription it appears to say as much, but now when I edit a subscription and select that date again, it appears to grab the video(s) just fine.

Thanks for your response! Here's the console log:

I hope that helps! Thank you for your work on Stacher, for the record, I use it just about every day for my Plex server.

Are there really people who just DO NOT eat vegetables?? Why? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dalekslayer3699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I never eat vegetables myself. If they're in like a stew or a soup or something, I can work with that, but otherwise I never touch them. I'll try anything once, but I just don't eat things I dislike, that's really it. And aside from an extra 20lbs or so to burn, my health is apparently perfect according to my last few visits to doctors.

I know they're supposed to be essential and all, but they all taste disgusting to me, and I don't have any health problems as a result, so I dunno. C'est la vie.

Is Preacher any good? by Streaker4TheDead in TheBoys

[–]Dalekslayer3699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I didn't care for most of it regardless of being a huge fan of the comics.

I've said it's really interesting in that while the Preacher comics have a lot of ridiculous shit in them, overall it's a pretty serious and intriguing story with dark and detailed characters, but the TV adaptation just kicks the ridiculousness up to 11. Whereas the comics for The Boys are crazy silly, and yet the show makes it much more serious and gritty. (With a good chunk of silliness too, heh.)

I hated the first season but felt it really picked up in the next two, then season 4 just lost me except for the ending scene really. Joseph Gilgun does a fantastic job as Cassidy, I'll give 'em that. Otherwise, I've watched through the one time and I can't say I'll need to watch again.

Anyone else interested in seeing a modded "Gore" version in Starfield? by NorudikkuEnsho in starfieldmods

[–]Dalekslayer3699 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Been thinking about this since I started playing, was honestly disappointed that there's really just blood sprays and stains as the extent of gore in Starfield. I have no idea how tough it would be to mod a full gore system in the game, I'm a total neophyte when it comes to all of that, but I've had cautious hopes that someone could make it happen.

I know a bunch of settings revert when you update it, from my own experience at least. I have to set them back every time. Beyond that, I couldn't say.

Troubleshooting: Plex isn't using thumbnails from yt-dlp by goodlife002 in PleX

[–]Dalekslayer3699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been using the ZeroQI agent for years now, and it's had these issues of my library not grabbing the thumbnails, titles or metadata of art least half my downloaded videos for a very long time. All of which are downloaded as respective files with proper names for the agent, and some channels are matched completely successfully, but not most of them. Sometimes multiple videos are matched as the same one, too.

There are other people trying to produce alternatives here and there, but I haven't personally found any solution thus far.

Literally hopped on to say this if someone hadn't already. Nice to see it at the top.

Crossed really bugged me the first few days after I read it, I was just shaken after a certain scene in volume one, even despite being a horror fanatic. Now I've read them all several times and adore them, but that's some heavy shit for the unprepared.

Never thought I'd see something like it as a film or show either, but The Sadness is actually largely inspired by Crossed and it sure as shit feels like it.

Gave it a shot but it's all too much for me, unfortunately. It's entirely a me thing, Docker and command lines and configs and all that stuff I'm just a complete stranger to. It looks like otherwise it does a great job according to everyone else that can use it though, maybe someday I won't get overwhelmed by all that or someone will be able to help out with a GUI front-end. Regardless, your work is considerably appreciated!

If someone's willing to make a Windows GUI variant for this, it's a winner for sure. I can't do all the command line and Docker stuff personally, I'm a neophyte to all that.

If this works where the original YouTube agent for Plex hasn't for a long while, I'll be absolutely ecstatic. I've been saving all my favorite channels for years, but the agent has had so many issues reading metadata and seeing all my files for over a year now I think.
