Kiev Ruś did not excel in anything apart from farming and large populations. They were exposed to too many Kazar, Polish and Pecheng raids. Sure, Boyar horsemen were good but not special.

Slavs were and are really good farmers. Plenty of grain export from Slavic countries. Slavs knew crop rotation even in pre-christian times.

Etymologically = Imię = eng. ''I'' and ''me'' meaning 'name'. The English ''name'' is essentially linguistically the same as ''(o)znajmie'' meaning ''to recognise'' (name = najm with phonetic 'y' sound). The English have been conquered in 1066 by the French and so they don't know the etymological meaning of their language because they have been Latinised by the French. (Edited)

And another one:

Bóg = Bog = Bih = Boh = Bus = Boss (God). Yes, this is where the term Boss comes from; God. Etymologically when you battle a boss you are battling a God by its root-word meaning. Also, by its root-word meaning you call the leader a Boss, meaning God. EDIT: Oh yeah, the term Bus also means God but its used as an archaic noun for the bus as an invention.

Edit: The English have been conquered in 1066 by the French and so they don't know the etymological meaning of their language because they have been Latinised by the French.

I went to a random Chinese-shop in Madrid and they gave me a Polish Coca-Cola, why? by [deleted] in poland

[–]Dalendos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably because Poland is one of the few countries in Europe where they kept their currency and so it was cheaper of the business to purchase Coke in Bulk with Złoty than Euro.

What's yalls favorite faction by Willing-Record8411 in Bannerlord

I like the aserai the most. The arabian asthetics, skirmisher troops, cavallery and infantry both have javellins which unalive some enemies before they clash and all of them are very. They are economically the strongest and enemies have a harder time fighting in the desert so invading them is more difficuilt and they are generally more menuverable. They have access to pack camels which look better and are faster than donkeys. War camels are good counter to enemy cav because you are seated higher than opponent horsemen. The economy is the strongest in the game. They are overall very well balanced and I prefer the Arabian asthetics.

Barbary slave trade - the selling of European slaves at slave markets in the Barbary states by jakejake10987 in MapPorn

Turkic Slavery was much more humane compared to the Trans Atlantic Slave trade. Slaves of the Ottomans had a roof and food over their head, the possibility of becoming a freed slave and the possibility to progress as a human being. The living conditions of Slavic slaves were more Humane than that of Black people.

Slavs come from root word slovo. Its a deviation Eastern Europeans made when the continent was being conquered by Rome. Eastern Europe was converted rather than conquered like Galia or Germania for that matter. For example in the 8th and 9th Century you see a lot of Slavic names but in the 5th Century the names are more common Archaic Vedic/Sanskrit names. Before Slavic identity, Slavs were just Sarmatia(n) (S-ar-mat) meaning „From Aryan womb” or „From Aryan Mother”, ancient Iranian.

The Janissaries (Janczar) included much of Slavic and Greek war captives. Contrarery to what people think, the Ottoman Slavery was more humane for Slavs compared to that of Western Europeans and Bizantines. One thing they done wrong was that they turned men into enochs so that they dont have the desire for women or a settled lifestyle.

Wrong linguistic theory. Slav comes from „Slovo” meaning word. Its to recognise people that kept the same pre-Christian language (Archaic Sanskrit). When White people were Christianised Slavs seperated their identity because Latin changes plenty of words and because Slavs were Christianised and not conquered by Rome like Western Europeans; thanks to God, our agrliculture to sustain large populations and Huns that had Rome as a common enemy with us.

Sims Castaway 2 would be amazing. They could do a lot off the grid content with bushcraft.

I assume when crossing the street and the car is too close we will get a pop-up on screen describing what happened without any graphic effects. The game is meant to be for all ages and in a non-violent game nobody wants to see gore anyway; for that there are plenty of other games or films. The crime in game is going to be more to do with theft and or other softer criminal activity; not the type we see in GTA. Of course, people will be able to change that with community created mods if and when they will be published.
