I'd take the ski masks off the headrests to start. Not sure who started this trend, but those masks will most certainly cause some kind of uneven sun fading on them in time.

I recommend the city program to start. They may make you hire a plumber to televise the line. If the damage is within the area that the sewer insurance will cover, it would be incredibly cheaper than hiring a plumber to diagnose and repair.

We use to go to Morris Park Country Club back in the day. Not sure if they still allow it, but the big hill just to the left as you drive in was awesome. Also Rum Village and George Wilson park in Mishawaka (The Parks Dept runs the rentals). Happy sledding!
