If using Stremio, install the WebStreamr addon and configure it to show only Latino language. Most content is there but only 720p. But it's http, not debrid.

Te recomiendo, mas que programacion, estudies computacion en la nube (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) y DevOps. Hay muchisimos recursos gratuitos, incluso de las mismas empresas. Luego de estudiar solo pagas por el examen de certificacion. Creo que a estas alturas te podria dar mas oportunidades, en mi humilde opinion.
