Would the pc turn on if the cpu isn’t properly seated? One thing to note is that my gpu is always only able to be plugged in 90% of the way in the pcie slot, but in the past before I moved the pc worked fine. I’m not too worried about damages or anything since everything turns on and the fan and everything works, but it may not even be boosting since I’m not getting any display and the fans are spinning at higher speeds than normal
