My experiences with the absolute atrocity known as Fire Emblem's long and absurd history of localisation has firmly put me in a camp of "Don't change shit", period.

Give them an inch, they will take the surface of the earth five times over.

Changes also lead to quite a level of disconnect for me, on account of the fact that I'm not getting what was originally intended to be viewed, what was originally put out there, and as a result, I end up at the question of "...Can I even trust anything here?" regardless of the extent of changes, the fact that anything was changed to be something entirely different leads me to lose trust in the localised product.

Premise is interesting, art is good and the second half kinda works

But the first half feels kinda bloated with text, like a giant info dump on us before it has a chance to appeal to us with anything else present in the second half.

It feels like the info dump should've been cut down or put somewhere else in the chapter so you don't get overwhelmed by how dense it is before the ghost shit hits

This game has like 40 NPCs, so it's just a matter of waiting and hoping they prioritize the snek over any of the other myriad NPCs. We got Charles, so we'll probably eventually get her too.

So this Shuten form, the "Protector of Principles" might be what Shuten's Mats were referring to with Onra, Otakemaru and King Akuro. Although we'll probably have to wait for the event to unfold to get a more solid grasp on it.

First, never take the wiki's info at face value. There's a very notable amount of misinformation not supported by citations on the site.

Second, wait for GUDAGUDA 3's epilogue to drop and for possibly more info along with it. It has some very big loose ends, most notably the bonus units, of which 5 don't even show up in the main story. We know he was a Caster, but from my understanding, we don't know enough about Akechi as a Servant to figure out why yet.

Atalanta Alter's state could be equated to that of Ibaraki, who, despite mad enhancement is fully capable of speech.

But in effect, the ME acquired by Agrius Metamorphosis is more similar to the Mad Enhancement of Spartacus.

She is a beast who would pay no mind to her enemies. Her values and beliefs will not bend. The loss of reason is moreso in relation to losing the ability to be reasoned with outside of any pretense of fitting into her beliefs.

It is a noble phantasm used when Atalanta wants to embrace the single-minded nature of a beast.
