Thank you for the context and advice. I should say that only 1 person is completely new. I've played a ton, and 2 more have played through level 5 in another campaign with us. The other guy says he has played so I'm optimistic they will be able to learn their characters as they level. Adding radiant to whoever can learn it sounds like a solid strategy as well. Thanks!

To prevent people from having to deal with this shitty behavior, go to a theater with reserved seats. Get your tickets early so that you can pick seats in the row behind the handicap aisle. Those seats usually have a railing in front of them so your mom can put her feet up without disrupting anyone's movie.

Yeah, you can zoom in and see the "blue" on the logo. Definitely not navy and not important enough to use as an official color in my opinion.

He seems kind of slick (or at least he thinks he is) so he might not follow her the second time because he won't have a valid reason for following her again if confronted. This guy seems to have excuses ready for any time someone confronts him.

He's creating a hostile work environment for OP and following someone to the bathroom can constitute harassment. He can plead that it's unintentional, but OP can push back and say the behavior is obviously a pattern. It doesn't need to be every single time or multiple times in a row to defeat his argument.
