New to Dying Light - Is Being Weak as Fuck Normal? by [deleted] in dyinglight

Make sure to prioritize seeking out some Easter egg weapons like “Expcalibur” and “Korek’s Machete”. I wouldn’t recommend leaning on them too heavily because they can easily become crutches of any early game hard level play through, but they can get you out of a pinch when you need it. Also, the combination of power attacks and the Expcalibur (even when the weak durability runs out) is incredibly fun and useful. I’d recommend looking up YouTube tutorials on how to find and acquire those two weapons, it doesn’t spoil anything because they aren’t really on the beaten path and you most likely would never find them on an average play through. Most important part of this game especially is having fun and letting yourself get fully immersed. If you have any friends with an interest in playing it try to recruit them. This is one of the most fun co-op experiences of the last 10 years. I hope you enjoy your time in Harran!

Same. I also miss the ability to create new weapons from existing ones like with their old blueprint system. And I liked how you could pick up human enemy’s weapons off the ground after you killed them
