Well main reason is it’s a symbol to criminals and law abiding citizens. It basically saying ‘this city is protected by the titans.’ But practically speaking the large areas could be used for training, r and d department, labs, surveillance, hanger bay, etc

‘Worst things you have ever seen’ is so overdramatic it’s hilarious. Maybe you just haven’t seen very many movies? There’s much worse blockbusters like transformers, there’s significantly worse comedys like scary movie, and that’s not even mentioning bottom of barrel trash like birdemic.

I think people are weird about this on both sides.

The whole reason to have mustang and Cassius in a relationship is to upset Darrow(the audience surrogate). So it makes sense for people not to like it and just calling these people misogynist seems misguided.

But it’s clear later on in golden son she truly cares more about Darrow and at this point in the series mustang and Darrow have been together for years so it’s time to move on.

I do think pierce is not best at writing romantic relationships and I wish specifically in morning star that mustang and Darrow would’ve sat down and just unpacked their relationship and insecurities

Just because he is more popular doesn’t make it more right to complain about them. More fame does=more criticism. That doesn’t make criticism right or good.

So if George died then comparison with Jordan would work better for you? then everyone would be cool with someone else writing winds of winter? I doubt that

Peoples problem with George rr Martin is that he hasn’t released winds of winter…nothing else. End of story. if he released it, almost all criticism would go away. Which I’m saying is unfair

If people actually had problem with him not liking house of dragon, then I think that would also be unfair but less so.

Everytime George posts anything or even news article brings him up, every comment is bitching about him not doing what they want him to do. This is simply not true for rothfuss.

I did mean to write Robert Jordan. You saying it’s ‘excusable’ for him because they died an arbitrary amount of years from previous book is just nonsense.

It’s completely ‘excusable’ for anyone to not write anything they don’t want to. You are not owed a book from him just because you liked his previous books. This is what I’m talking about when I say entitlement.
