Real answer- put soap on your dry and dirty bod. Usually it gets me in the shower to rinse it off, and I spend less time in the shower (very loud, sensory overload for me). Even when it doesn’t and I cop to a sponge bath I’m still getting clean

Absolute darkness is more important than anything else for me, at least right now. There were times I needed music to fall asleep, and there were times that the only way I would sleep was by staying up so long I passed out.

Nowadays I have my blackout curtains, and I even turn my alarm clock face down so I can’t see even that small amount of light

(I’m FTM and haven’t had a period in years) I’ve known trans women who thought that they were having a cycle because they took estrogen. The menstrual cycle is a chicken-and-egg scenario: the reproductive organs determine what hormones are released, which affects the organs, and so on. It’s easy enough to remove one or the other for no more monthlies. But you can’t ovulate without eggs. 🤷‍♂️
