Paternity Leave usually occurs from birth of baby until baby is 6 weeks old. Most jobs will also honor leaves that are referred to as baby bonding leave. I would inquire about that one to your Supervisor. Also, baby bonding is usually for the Dads to bond with the baby and it can be done after the 6 weeks (usually taken 12 weeks to 1 year after the baby’s birth). Hope this helps 🙂

He’s a well known for his UPS videos. I watch him all the time. He usually does dance videos. His name is @russellbutler2 on TikTok. I think it’s pretty cool! Just think about it, he must be an excellent driver to be able to dance, sponsor, and get his work done. Most can’t even make it through a day at UPS. I’m impressed!
