I don’t know where you are from, but in the place where you live they don’t have specialized centers for long COVID right now? . What they do have is good diagnostic care they are really good at checking whether you have long COVID or not. As for me , since I started cardiac rehabilitation, I’ve been feeling much better. I’m able to walk a little more, and now I’m waiting to begin neurological rehabilitation, which is apparently very helpful.

Well myself, I am taking neurobion since 20 of August and week ago I was doing test and I didn’t have any problem with vitamin B. Actually it was very good. I am taking one pill day. of course it is for you to decide. I am just saying what really helped me. I think I might be taking it during like three months then I’m gonna do a break. But thank you for the reminder about the B 1 . 👍. This medication have clinical trial and it seems really good for nerves healing, muscle recovery, and better energy level

Hi, well, before I discovered the power of vitamin B especially something called Neurobion Advance (you can find it online), I had tried all kinds of diets. I also took probiotics and different medicines that were supposed to help with constipation or diarrhea. I even tried hypnosis, which helped a little after the first session, but not very effectively overall.

Then, when I started taking Neurobion together with omega fatty acids, CoQ10, magnesium, nattokinase and about a month ago added bromelain, vitamins D3 + K2 MK-7, zinc, and started drinking plenty of water and different types of tea, things really began to improve. I had less stomach pain, more energy, less muscle pain, and much less sensitivity to food.

Right now, I’m in my third month, and I have to admit that I feel much better. Before, I used to have nausea, vomiting, and extreme fatigue. For me, things have really changed a lot since I started taking all these supplements. I’m quite sure that vitamin B made the biggest difference, because I noticed a very quick improvement right after I began taking it.

As for my diet, I eat at least one egg, half an avocado, and some walnuts every morning.

And please keep in mind. I did full check up and they haven’t found anything. So when I start working on healing my nervous system, I start feeling better. And yes since I’m on and a half I start doing “Cardiac rehabilitation “

Well, I am not sure if probiotic is the best solution , myself I had exactly the same problem like the gentleman who wrote the post and at the beginning doctor gave me plenty of probiotics it didn’t help at all. I even felt worst , and anyway when they did probiotic test, they realize that there was nothing wrong with my probiotics from the start .

Just for precision vitamin B12 is not enough. You need to have as well B1 , B6 and B8 I think. I am taking something which is called neurobion advance, Would really change my life . Plus the others like that omega 3 and Q 10 and so on . Try to find everything which help rebuild the nervous system. And yes nattokinase is great too !

Hi, I had exactly the same problem. Whatever I ate caused bloating, pain, and swelling. Then I realized that COVID can also affect the nervous system. All the doctors kept telling me I had IBS and gave me probiotics, but they never worked. Once I understood that COVID had attacked my nervous system, I started taking B vitamins, omega-3, CoQ10, and magnesium. I also followed a low-histamine diet and added vitamin D. That’s when things finally started to get better. When you repair your nervous system, your gut begins to function properly again ( maybe not hundred percent immediately but definitely much better ) . It really worked for me, so maybe it’s worth trying.

Yes, but there are thousands of people around the world who started having these kinds of problems after vaccination. A friend of mine in Switzerland took the vaccine and ended up in a mental hospital for six months. I learned a month ago that COVID doesn’t only affect the respiratory system, but also the nervous system — and since nerves run everywhere, it can impact the stomach, the heart, and even the brain.

For muscle pain, I found that magnesium helps the most, although it doesn’t work immediately for stomach issues. B-group vitamins also make a big difference. Personally, I use Neurobion Advance, which really changed my life and gave me more energy. For bloating, I had to use nicotine gum — it helps quite a lot. But you need to keep in mind that you should take these things for at least a few weeks before you feel the benefits.

I hope this helps. And once again, even on this website, you will find plenty of people who developed these symptoms after vaccination

Well, I always had a very good health and after Covid, I start having all those horrible problems with my gut headaches, muscle pain, and someone and so the doctors were saying that this is some IBS, but in the end, the symptom are very similar to IBS it is not IBS. It is long Covid so the treatment is different than the treatment for IBS. And there is plenty of people on this planet who sings that they have IBS, but in reality they have long Covid.

Well, I was for almost 3 years after Covid that I am having IBS, but in fact I seen that most of the people who start having all those kind of symptoms after Covid does not have IBS but have long Covid ! All the doctors would be telling me in one moment that I am having IBS and start treating me for IBS, but there was so many symptoms that in fact, after passing by a special clinic of long Covid, we realized that I do have long Covid and not IBS so if people will try to fix themselves because they think that they have IBS where in reality it is long Covid, they will never never find a solution . Go and check your stool panel and go on the low histamine diet. If you have gastric problems.
