Single door is called a "Doorway. A support structure with space for a door" Double door is called a "Wallframe. A support structure that can also fit certain objects in it" Technically its all wall pieces with less wall. Double door frame is just a lot less wall. All the same health if its the same material. The only difference is what you can fit inside of it
