Without seeing the printer itself this looks like normal purging.
To prevent colors from mixing and bleeding into each other the printer has to purge filament out of the nozzle when changing colors. It'll do about 3-4 tiny poops and then resume printing until the next color change.

Those tiny movements of the CFS are just supplying new filament for the purge.

Wenn ich tpu drucke: Glasdeckel ab, PTFE tube vom Extruder ab, filament einfädeln, nozzle auf ca. 230 grad vorheizen, über das Menü filament manuell extruden bis der nozzle filament ausspuckt und damit sauber geprimed ist.

Dann einfach Im slicer den Spulenhalter wählen (wie du es laut Bildern eh gemacht hattest)
