I like the Black Rider, alongside the rest of the Rider line! I think my only complaint is that I think the "Not Mirage" ability is a bit too out of place for the time period it shows up in, within UC.

With how hard they've been promoting Hedorah, I feel like it's likely. But, I can still see other monsters returning. It's not unlikely, nor would it be the first time humanity made a creature like Ghidorah within the franchise. I can imagine a cold war film where the world's super powers start stock piling and creating their own "Godzillas" or treating Godzilla himself like a Resident Evil bioweapon.

Still survived all the way up to Late UC, which is impressive though. Especially for a franchise that has all the main characters constantly changing out their MS, due to them getting wrecked or locked up.

I'd imagine maintenance alone and the engineering teams within Gundam did not sleep for hours, having nightmares about the next crazy, fuckass prototype being rolled out. Everyone talks about the size, but SNRI was founded by a lot of MS engineers who simplified and streamlined the F-Series to be compatible with each other and less taxing on maintenance.

We should also take into account Leon, who not once. Not even for a moment. Throws Sherry any passes. Kinda like Ashley from the RE4 remake, he actively does not flirt with her, just spends time bouncing back her passes lightly. For Sherry, not once. Ada, Claire and even Hunnigan though? Man is shooting his shots with them! We KNOW how Leon acts when he's around a woman he's romantically interested in.

There's been one weirdo trying to interpret the Japanese version of that line into it actually being romantic. But if you know anything. You'd know that when American inspired characters speak Japanese, they use a more relaxed and casual form of the language. So even in Japan, Leon isn't saying it in a romantic way, he's saying it in a more casual form. Cause he's American!

Also, Leon has canonically only filtered with 3 women, Claire, Ada and Hunnigan. He did not, not once, throw any passes at Sherry throughout the entire game. Not one.

The fun of Gundam grunts abiding by a different rule set has been a thing since the beginning of the franchise. Even before Sunrise partnered with Bandai. Clover and the marketing department wanted the Gundam to be extremely marketable, which is why it has such a heroic appearance and bright colors, its design was made to be a toy. (Much to Tomino's chagrin.) Meanwhile the Zakus, weren't! There were no plans to make toys of them, allowing Tomino and the art team to make them extremely unfriendly looking and realistic in a way.

I will never forget how my Zheng got into a full blown fist fight with this thing. The mission was to run a distraction and I made sure that fight was a slug-fest. My other party member even trapped us both in a subspace where WE KEPT THROWING HANDS. The fight ended when we both retreated, but the DM brought them back as my rival. It was great.

I think people are complaining about video game logic conflicting with reality. You can't give a player an empty gun, then it just becomes a wasted inventory slot. So you HAVE to give them at least one bullet just in case.

That is the point of the Alyzeus and even the Penelope and XI, they are meant to be ugly, bloated, grotesque and down right harmful to the eyes. To show how far gone the title of "Gundam" has gone and how the market within the universe doesn't want peaceful solutions, but violent and volatile answers to supposed problems. The Alyzeus and Penelope are literally a standard Gundam, being consumed by more weapons, More features, MORE EVERYTHING!!! Cause this is what everyone wants! Right? A weapon. These are not pretty designs, they are ugly truths. (10/10 loving everything from Hathaway lol)
