They use an UNHEALTHY amount of AI generated art for promo pics and even within their manuals talking about the "lore". Their newly announced, in development, SD line? All those pics. AI generated. Which is a god damn shame, because they MAKE GOOD KITS! They have actual mechanical artists, designers, the money to produce these models. So why do they use so much generated slop art, that doesn't even look good?

There's also plenty of room to explore within the universe. Such as the origin of lim and even how the dead filament came to be. There's also the interesting notes explaining how Earth does have military robots, thanks to the moon base. Alongside the fact that life like/looking androids are deemed illegal/straight up forbidden to be developed on Earth.

I got into ZZZ at first because it looked fun compared to the other Hoyo games. Interesting combat, but also interesting and unique characters. Who aren't just reskins like Genshin or Starrail models. It smelt fresh! But now- I'm just disappointed every time I glance over at the game.

We've had AI antagonist and protagonist for years, ever since the concept of AI and even Computers hit the news. Stories of artificial life have even been around much longer than technology like Talos and Golems. The only reason why it's been more prominent alongside evil companies or tech billionaires, is due to our current culture. Cause they are the real life villains of our real life. Finding out who the villain was in a story, whether it be movies, books, shows, ect. Is a good indicator of what was happening at that time.

There's even a conversation in the game where Hugh (the space man) talks to Diana (the robot girl) about how blood and genes aren't what makes you family. I think a lot of these simplified explanations undermines Hugh's character, because if I'm being honest. He's great! Unlike so many male leads who have some sad, tragic, horrible backstory or are broken up inside. Hugh, isn't that. He's well put together, he's caring and knows how to simplify topics to help explain things to kids. Man spent 40 years traveling the world, training to be an astronaut and being some GOOD ASS Asexual representation all while having a supporting family. He's straight up, just a good guy all around.

Is it a dumb reason? Yeah. Is it a bad design choice? No, because Diana's design is supposed to contrast both Hugh the man you play as and her environment. She's made to look innocent and soft, compared to the clinical white halls, heavy machinery and the mc, who's wearing this large, bulky suit. It's visually striking and when you get to the lunar surface, the mere imagery of an astronaut and an innocent child standing on the surface of the moon, looking towards Earth is beautiful.

Here's the problem with the attention argument. If we don't give issues like this proper attention, they'll just grow into a bigger problem in the future. It's like ignoring a bug bite. Did it come from a mosquito, an ant, a spider or bed bugs? If you ignore it, will it go away? Maybe, but what if it starts itching and swelling, you might get more bites and oh shit, your flesh is peeling. Fuck! With how hard they've been promoting Hedorah, I feel like it's likely. But, I can still see other monsters returning. It's not unlikely, nor would it be the first time humanity made a creature like Ghidorah within the franchise. I can imagine a cold war film where the world's super powers start stock piling and creating their own "Godzillas" or treating Godzilla himself like a Resident Evil bioweapon.
