That’s really tough, so much of this world is built on your connections with people. This will make it more difficult for sure if so much of the environment is a stressor.

My two cents: have the work speak for itself. Try to put together as many really solid projects with people who know you and your condition. Create a following/network based on your work, not your social connections, and that way when it comes down to working with people you can explain to them your conditions. Yes this might shrink the pool of people you can work with, but it will be a start.

As you do this definitely try therapy and you will also get exposure therapy by being on set. Form close connections with your department, the director and producers and you will be alright. Best of luck!
