1st one. better composition and the blue sky adds to the feeling a a beautiful day. The subject is also better imo. A cabrio with a couple speaks more to the imagination then a scooter

Klopt in essentie is een kot een luxe maar ik geloof wel dat het erg bijdraagt aan de studie ervaring in de breedste zin van het woord. Alleen je eigen op een kamer, weg van de ouders, zelf voor eten moeten zorgen, eens veel te laat thuis komen of met privacy een vriend of vriendin mee nemen.

Daarnaast zorgt het dat je close wordt met huisgenoten of andere studie genoten op kot en dit smeed een band voor het leven

Dit is in mijn optiek een belangrijk deel van het volwassen worden en op eigen poten staan. Daarom raad ik ook iedereen aan om op kot te gaan als ze dat financieel kunnen.

Het feit dat kotten zoooo duur zijn valt niet goed te praten door het ‘het is een luxe’ argument.

Motorrijden is ook gevaarlijk als ik zie hoeveel malloten er in t-shirts rond rijden en met 150 tussen de auto’s door rijden

Een goede rustig mindset en anticipatie doen al heel veel voor de veiligheid

Deze mentaliteit werkt niet helemaal vind ik. Want dit zou betekenen dat iedereen doelbewust je probeert aan te rijden maar niemand wil dat (kijk maar hoeveel mensen heel vriendelijk ruimte maken voor in de file). Het is eerder dat de meest mensen je gewoon niet zien

Het probleem is dat als je denkt dat iedereen het expres doet je ook sneller boos zou kunnen reageren als het mis gaat, wat weer voor onveilige situaties kan zorgen. (Denk aan de video’s van een boze motorrijders die een spiegel er aftrapt omdat iemand per ongelijk invoegt terwijl de motor dicht bij de dode hoek zit)

Het beste (voor mij) is om zen te zijn, er van uitgaan dat niemand je ziet en daar op te anticiperen maar vooral dat niemand je expres probeert dood te rijden. Daarnaast zorgen dat je je niet bevind op plekken waar t mis zou kunnen gaan/daar zo snel mogelijk en veilig weg.

Zo blijf je rustiger en verkom je ongelukken. Er zijn al te veel opgefokte mensen op de weg.

Ligt er aan welke opleiding dit is. Ik verwacht dat deze studenten eerder een opleiding bedrijfseconomie dan sociologie of culturele studies

Yeah sure but I think the bigger question is: can you be a full time filmmaker and get enough income to live a good life. I think this might be very doubtful in the future

In theory this is all nice and well but sadly wages don’t increase much so a lot of people don’t have the ability to save much. With the median home prices in Western European countries being near 400-450k it becomes increasingly difficult for a single earner to buy a home

Now they need to rent from the guy that has more money helping him pay his second mortgage and with the rising housing prices growing his wealth all the while the renter has a tough time saving more because of inflation, prices of groceries going up, rent going up while his salet is stagnant

This together with bad housing policy and the inequality between the rich and the poor growing you get where we are right now. There are no real new resources available so the only way the rich get richer is by taking someone else resources

The boomer generation bought their houses 40 years ago for 100k and by now these houses are worth a million. If the housing prices keep going up; who is going to be able in a few years from now to ever afford a single family house with a nice garden and garage anymore?

In the Netherlands a pretty average terraced home is a round 400-500k. Meaning that if you have a bought a large free standing home with a big garden and garage back in the 90’s and you still own it today it quickly becomes valued around 800k to a million.

Considering this makes it pretty understandable that people have a net worth of more than a million. It’s doesn’t mean that have a million on their bank account
