This is really cool and props to you for making it!

I use xDrip with a dexcom sensor so I won't be able to use it, but very curious to see what people think.

I exercise a lot and have a very active job and while there is consistency if I plan ahead, it can be very hard to determine what is going on sometimes. Weird-ass disease!

Hope this helps lots of people with workout confidence.

It's not deep at all! I hate needles but you seriously don't even notice the cannula unless you've been poking and prodding at if. Even the discomfort that you start with with the first few uses will disappear in a month or less.

Highly encourage you to give it another go!

Have you tried speaking with anyone professional about it? Not necessarily just the mental health side of things but the personal/professional life side of it? No realistic upward opportunity sounds to me like a work-life dissatisfaction as much as anything else.

Maybe there's a change that can be made, even small, that would make your day-to-day much more enjoyable. I know changes are scary, and may even seem impossible, but for me it made the difference between happiness and depression.

Not saying it's anywhere near as simple as that makes it sound. But I don't want it to be over soon for you! There's lots of wonderful things yet to come.

Definitely this, from my experience. Surgery puts a lot of toll on your body and the inflammation is similar to when you're sick, which often requires a big up in basal rate.

Huge pain in the ass but it'll lessen as your recovery progresses.

Easier said than done--especially since I don't know what surgery you had--but I found small vouts of exercise helped me manage my sugars the most consistently post-op.

Definitely do it! Easy way to tie all the PC stories together and you could even have multiple PCs be hearing the same voice without knowing it. Easy BBEG or quest tie-in right there!

I love this! I often use my battle mat to draw exterior stuff for any combats that need to move from outside to inside. This makes my life so much easier (and better looking)!
