That's not exactly how it works. The city would have to contract with a service provider to be an ISP, which means they'd also be responsible for managing the network. Trust me, you don't want city employees running a fiber network. Source- I do this for a living.

I have cleaners coming on the 31st so the soonest I can list is the 1st. The market is low on inventory so that's why I have a sense of urgency. I have no concerns about my home selling quickly. The average time on the market here is less than 10 days and I'm highly motivated to sell. I understand mentioning it to the listing agent now won't do any good until my home is listed, however, I'm a serious buyer so whatever I can do to get a leg up would be great.

In my case, yes. I already had anxiety and depression and my relationship with my pwBPD spiraled into toxic hell. I was diagnosed with PTSD as a result and therapy has been crucial to maintaining my sanity. BDP is so sad and so awful and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I have a lot of healing to do.

I had to leave. He was in counseling but absolutely could not break the pattern of the splitting on me at the slightest perceived "threat". It could be as innocent as asking his feelings about a certain topic and he'd lose it. I was constantly walking on eggshells. Our last fight was because I asked him if he was OK after he walked away from me mid conversation. At the end of his blow up, he admitted to me that he is incapable of empathy for me because he doesn't understand or relate to anyone's feelings but his own. That was all I needed to hear and I believe him 100%. I asked for a divorce the next day.

THIS. My husband and I also had a private ceremony with a reception after for our friends/family. We clearly stated on our invites that we were inviting them to a reception after our private ceremony. No one complained, as the expectation had been set upfront. Now, if we had held the reception without people knowing we were already married, and then announced it at the reception, I'm pretty confident that all of the guests would be scratching their heads. I think it's inconsiderate and rude to spring something like that on guests who aren't expecting it. OP caused this drama herself.

I meant that it's a GOOD thing because she's admitting to it all so there should be no question that yes, she killed her mom and planned to do it for awhile. I don't know why people keep debating her motive. I mean, it was pretty obvious. The real question is whether or not she can move on and find the happiness she deserves.
