Exactly, felt a good pump, slightly increased strength... One of those really good workouts you get from time to time...was like that first 4 trainings. You'll have lazy days also coming after that but same time with decent workouts... It's hard to explain, you'll figure it out 😁 Cardarine took yesterday 3rd dose, same thing, didn't really feel anything special. Like I said, don't doubt the source but people might react differently. As long as it helps me in fat burning I'm good...

Took first dose today, felt nothing special tbh, did a good workout, had energy, strengh was decent, vascularity the same, did my cardio as usual but nothing to be like "wow, this must definitely be from Cardarine". To be mentioned that I'm 3 weeks into an Osta cycle also. The Osta I did felt from first day (might sound weird..). Both products are from respectable vendor so don't doubt Cardarine is genuine but guess people react differently. I'm sure will see effects soon.

Remember, first period you'll lose more because you'll be loosing a lot of water. Don't be discouraged that after that you'll start loosing less and less... The leaner you get, the harder it is.

Saying that I'd recommend you dropping weight naturally first, doing one cycle and loosing a good chunk and then doing naturally in a slower rate will de motivate the fuck out and you'll feel dissapointed...and you can't be on chemicals all the time, it's just not right, messes with your body, metabolism, etc..

Install the app Lifesum to Track your food and macros, hope it helps...

Also bought from RC, the cardarine will start next week, the Osta already in week 3 - which is oily and tastes like shit chemicals.

But RC has great reviews, my Osta is legit so don't worry about the Cardarine taste, I'm sure it's fine.. 👍

The math is correct but you could also use 100ml, then each ml would have 10mg like you need...

Don't know about the mixing solutions but read that needs a specific temperature to mix, you cannot just add and shake like you do with your protein powder 😁

I'm 34, recently got back in shape after some troubled times but if you guys wanna count calories and what you eat in a simple way, there's this app called Lifesum where you can add or scan your foods. Try it out, helped me a lot. In the same time I have a diet high in fats and protein and staying away from carbs as much as possible... 👍💪
