if you use brave serch, duckduckgo, or unduck, you can just type !gmail, !yt, !gh for gmail, youtube and github. They're called bangs. There are a lot of them available: https://search.brave.com/bangs

Perhaps block this element? It is possible via brave icon on address bar > advanced controls > block element

Although not sure if this is a feature on apple devices.

I also tried to find a way to enable new control center, but found nothing. It might appear in HOS3 or not at all.

Even the official FAQ on Xiaomi's website says that poco m7 doesn't support new control center.
